Howard and Dale Batterman are the Owners/Directors of Camp Diamond Ridge and Teen Travel based outside of the Philadelphia area.  In addition to the Diamond Ridge programs, the Battermans are also the Owners and Directors of Sesame/Rockwood Day Camps and Rockwood Adventures Teen Travel for the past 23 years.  Both Howard and Dale hold Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Education from Temple University and The Pennsylvania State University. 

As past President of the local region of the American Camp Association, and former National Treasurer of the same organization, Howard has been involved and committed to youth development through children’s camps and programs for over 35 years.  He is a noted national speaker and trainer of emerging camp directors and has been the recipient of numerous national and regional awards in the camp industry.
